Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 pork chops
    4 to 5 medium potatoes*
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Spray Dutch oven with non-stick pan spray, place pork chops in bottom. Slice potatoes 1/4 inch, place over pork chops. Add chopped onion. In a bowl mix soups and water. Stir and pour over layers. Bake at 375 degrees until potatoes and meat are tender. If casserole gets dry before it is done, add a little water and finish baking.
