Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. mashed potatoes (regular or instant)
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    4 green onions, sliced
    2 c. diced, cooked corned beef
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
    paprika
Preparation
    Warm potatoes slightly to soften.
    Place in bowl with sauerkraut and green onions.
    Mix well.
    Spoon 2/3 into greased 3-quart baking dish.
    Cover with corned beef and cheese.
    Top with remaining potato mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until heated through.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
