Randy'S Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. white wine
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1/8 c. apricot jam (can use peach or orange marmalade)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except jam.
    Marinate 4 or 5 pork chops 2 to 3 hours.
    Grill or broil chops until done, 15 to 20 minutes. Mix marinade with jam in saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Baste pork chops the last ten minutes.
    Leftover marinade can be used as dip for the meat.
