Quick Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Ritz crackers finely crushed
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat the egg white until stiff.
    Add sugar slowly.
    Add crackers, nuts and vanilla.
    Pour into a buttered pie plate and bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes until lightly browned.
    (You can stick a toothpick in it.)
    Cool and top with Cool Whip.
