Ingredients

5 c. milk
3/4 c. regular rice
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
raisins (optional)
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Slow boil for 1 hour.
Beat eggs until fluffy; pour over rice.
Pour back and forth 6 or 7 times.
(If raisins desired, plump raisins and add first time.)
