Vegetable Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. grated celery
    1/2 c. grated green pepper
    1/4 c. grated cucumber
    3/4 c. grated carrot
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 or 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise or enough to make spreadable
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix together. Better when made and refrigerated day before.
