Meat-Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. fine chopped onion
    1 c. (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and pat into a flat rectangle, about 10 x 12-inches, on a piece of wax paper.
    Sprinkle cheese evenly over meat mixture.
