Curried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter or oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. powdered curry
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. green bell pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Cook onion and bell pepper in butter or oil until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Add milk gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add cooked shrimp and heat until bubbly.
    Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
    Serves 4.
