Nutty Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna in spring water, drained
    1 egg, hard boiled and chopped
    2 Tbsp. dill or sweet pickles
    1/2 c. minced white onion
    1 tsp. dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. low fat or regular mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. lemon or lime juice
    1/4 c. unsalted cashews or pecans
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine tuna, egg, pickles and nuts in a bowl.
    In a separate bowl combine onion, mayonnaise, juice and mustard.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Combine all together.
    Serve as sandwich on whole grain bread or serve the salad with whole grain crackers over lettuce, or stuffed in tomato.
