Pecan Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    crushed pecans
    1/2 lb. cream cheese
    2 1/4 c. brown sugar (1 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix
    margarine and cheese.
    Add flour.\tRoll into balls and chill
    overnight.
    Press
    into small tart tins.
    Sprinkle crushed pecans on bottom of each tart and add following, mixed together: brown
    sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla and salt.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 20 to 25 minutes, or until well-browned.
    Makes 4 to 5 dozen tarts.
