King Ranch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced chicken, cooked
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. Cheddar cheese
12 flour tortillas
1 bell pepper, diced
1 diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
-
Saute onions and bell pepper.
Layer as follows:
tortilla on bottom, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 green pepper/onion, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 mixture of soups.
Repeat.
Cook at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
