Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 ears sweet corn
    2 large green peppers
    2 sweet red peppers
    1 small cabbage
    4 onions
    1/4 c. salt
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 qt. vinegar (2)
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in 1 quart of vinegar for 15 minutes after it reaches boiling point.
    Mix together dry ingredients.
    Add gradually other quart of vinegar.
    Bring to a boil, stirring.
    Can hot.
