Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 Tbsp. garlic salt
    dash of cayenne or red pepper
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except parsley.
    Shape the mixture into ball.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
    Coat ball with chopped parsley.
    Garnish with pimiento, if desired.
    Serve with crackers.
    Serves 12 people.
