Never Fail Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large eggs or Egg Beaters
2 2/3 c. scalded milk
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Add scalded milk and pour into pastry lined tin.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake 10 minutes in a 450\u00b0 oven, then 10 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven until filling is set.
