Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
1 c. hot water
2 c. fresh strawberries
2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch, Jell-O and water; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool.
Bake pie crust.
Wash and remove stems from strawberries.
Place strawberries in pie shell; pour cool liquid over berries.
Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
