Crabmeat Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 or 9-inch) pie shells (do not use deep dish shells)
1 lb. crabmeat
1 (6 or 8 oz.) bulk Swiss cheese, cubed (save 1/3 to be grated on top of pies)
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 slightly beaten egg
1 1/2 packs crushed saltines or Hi Ho crackers
1 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
1 tsp. dry mustard or prepared mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of shrimp soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
crushed red peppers or flaked red peppers to taste
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, reserving the grated cheese.
If mixture seems too thick, add a little milk.
Pour into pie shells; sprinkle grated cheese on top of pies.
Finally, sprinkle paprika on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
Let stand at room temperature for about 30 to 40 minutes before cutting.
