Flaky Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pastry flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. Crisco
    1/4 c. ice cold water
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl sift together flour and salt.
    Cut in Crisco with pastry blender, fork or 2 knives.
    Sprinkle water, 1 tablespoon at a time over flour mixture just enough to moisten. Pat dough into a ball.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill.
    When ready to use, divide into 2 parts and roll out.
    Makes 2 (9-inch) pie crust shells.
