Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans medium size shrimp
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    3/4 c. tomato soup
Preparation
    Drain and rinse shrimp in cold water; set aside.
    Warm tomato soup (just contents of can) and gelatin; set aside.
    Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until creamy.
    Add shrimp, onion and celery to cream cheese mixture.
    Combine tomato soup to mixture.
    Grease a 1-quart mold.
    Pour mixture in; refrigerate for at least 1 day to blend flavors.
    Unmold; put parsley around.
    Serve with crackers.
