Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 tomatoes, skinned and chopped
    6 large cloves garlic, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    6 jalapeno peppers, chopped (more if you want it hot!)
    3 large onions
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cumin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Let tomatoes sit 1 hour; drain.
    Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling; simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Place in a water bath for 15 minutes.
    Makes about 6 pints.
