Praline-Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. buttermilk or milk

Preparation

Boil or bake sweet potatoes.
Peel and mash. Place potatoes in mixing bowl. Add butter and remaining ingredients.
Beat thoroughly.
