Pineapple-Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. orange Jell-O
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    In a saucepan bring Jell-O, buttermilk and pineapple to boil; stir 1 minute.
    Dump into large bowl and mix in Cool Whip, nuts and cottage cheese.
    Chill 4 to 5 hours.
    Serves 8.
