Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
    16 Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Boil broccoli with 1/4 cup onion until tender. Drain and place in casserole dish. Mix grated cheese and 1/4 cup onion; add soup mixed with 1/2 cup milk. Pour mixture over broccoli. Roll crackers and mix with butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
