Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    5 stalks celery, sliced
    6 potatoes, quartered
    6 carrots, sliced
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Put all ingredients, raw into large casserole with a tight fitting lid.
    Boil covered 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
    Don't peek.
    Add a can of English peas the last 5 minutes before serving.
