Hot Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans golden hominy
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
1 pkg. regular Fritos

Preparation

Drain hominy and place in 8 x 8-inch casserole dish.
Melt oleo, cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) and Cheez Whiz together. Pour over hominy.
Crush Fritos and place on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
