Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Put cooked chicken in a buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream; spread over chicken.
    Top with cracker crumbs and poppy seed.
    Pour melted margarine over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly.
    Serve over rice.
