Chicken Ole Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, boned and cut into 1-inch squares
poultry seasoning
olive oil
garlic powder
1/2 c. white rice (uncooked)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 small jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
salt
pepper
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Season chicken with poultry seasoning; saute in oil and garlic powder until lightly browned.
Drain and set aside.
Cook broccoli and rice according to package directions.
Mix rice, broccoli, cheese, soup and chicken.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put in casserole dish and top with bread crumbs and melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
