Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. caramels
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together in top of double boiler the caramels, 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 1/2 stick margarine.
    Heat until caramels are melted.
