Shrimp Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can small shrimp
    1 large loaf Italian bread, cut into bite-size pieces (to serve with fondue)
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, slowly melt cream cheese.
    Slowly add remaining ingredients until hot (not boiling).
    Place in a serving pot.
    Serve with Italian bread.
