Poulet D'Artichoke - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 2/3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. soft bread, cut in small cubes
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Arrange artichokes in greased casserole or 8 individual ramekins.
Add crushed garlic cloves to olive oil and heat. Drizzle oil mixture over artichokes. Spread chicken on top. Combine mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice and curry powder.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese and top with bread cubes that have been tossed in the melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 25 to 35 minutes.
Serves 8.
