Seafoam Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. corn syrup
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook brown sugar, water and corn syrup over medium heat until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
    Pour slowly over stiffly beaten egg whites, beating constantly until it is the right consistency.
    Beat in vanilla.
