Hawaiian Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Cut steak in pieces.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over steak.
    Let stand overnight covered and refrigerated.
    Fry in skillet, dipping meat into marinade when turning.
