Oven Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. chuck roast
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    3 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    4 c. ginger ale
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place roast in large roasting pan.
    Combine the remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour over roast.
    Cover with top to the roaster or heavy-duty aluminum foil.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 6 to 7 hours.
    Cool.
    Slice very thin or shred in food processor for sandwiches.
