Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese
1 small onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 to 4 slices bread
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook broccoli and onions; drain.
Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Melt butter, blend in flour, add milk and cook until it thickens; reduce heat.
Add cream cheese and 3/4 of Cheddar cheese.
Pour sauce over broccoli and mix.
Top with remaining cheese.
Cut bread into large cubes, dip in melted butter.
Place on top of casserole.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
