Honey Vinaigrette Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sherry or balsamic vinegar
    2 to 3 tsp. honey
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced and mashed to a paste with 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 c. torn lettuce leaves, spinach leaves, cherry tomatoes and sliced mushrooms
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a bowl whisk together the vinegar, the honey to taste, the Worcestershire sauce, the garlic paste, the mustard, salt and pepper. Add the oil in a stream, whisking and whisk the dressing until emulsified.
    Add the lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and toss the salad well.
