Ice Cream Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. vanilla ice cream
    2 pt. chocolate ice cream
    1/2 c. finely crushed peanut butter sandwich cookie crumbs
    1 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. 10x sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (2.5 oz.) container rainbow sprinkles
    decorator icing (optional)
Preparation
    In an 8-inch round cake pan evenly spread slightly softened vanilla ice cream.
    Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
    Repeat in another pan with chocolate ice cream. In a small bowl, combine cookie crumbs and peanut butter.
    Set aside.
