Fudge Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1 large can milk
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    16 large marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nuts
Preparation
    Mix butter, milk and sugar in saucepan, place over medium heat and stir.
    When mixture begins to boil, cool 8 minutes, stirring constantly (I use timer on my stove). Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows.
    Whip until dissolved.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into buttered dish.
