Skillet Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 loin pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Saute pork chops in butter or margarine until brown; set aside, reserving the drippings.
Saute the onions in drippings until tender.
Add salt, pepper, cornstarch and mustard.
Stir well.
Add water, bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir until bouillon is dissolved.
Place pork chops in skillet and simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
Yield:
2 servings.
