Chocolate Applesauce No Egg Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. applesauce
    1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    5 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. vegetable oil (Wesson oil)
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together on medium speed in large mixer bowl.
    Add oil, raisins and nuts; mix on medium speed.
    Add flour and vanilla by hand until thoroughly mixed.
    Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Cool.
    Store in refrigerator for optional freshness.
