Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, cut up (I use all thighs)
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in layers, skin side up, in large shallow baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for one hour or so at 350\u00b0, then turn and finish baking until tender.
    Serves 6 to 8.
