Savory Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. shoulder roast
    2 to 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. sage leaves, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coat roast with oil; rub sage over entire roast.
    Place roast flat side up on rack in roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake for 2 to 3 hours or until meat thermometer reaches 170\u00b0.
