Pumpkin Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. cooked pumpkin
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. sherry
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 baked pie shell (9-inch)
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine slightly beaten egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar, pumpkin, milk, sherry, salt and spices in double boiler.
    Cook until thickened.
