Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo margarine
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can pie sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks
Preparation

Cut oleo into cake mix until crumbly.
Pat lightly into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan, building up the sides slightly.
Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Arrange apples on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on.
Blend sour cream and egg yolks. Drizzle over apples (will not cover completely).
Bake 25 minutes or until edges are light brown. Do not overbake.
Serve warm.
