Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 boxes large mushrooms
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems and centers.
    Fry sausage, onion and mushroom stems and centers together; drain well.
    Add cracker crumbs, egg and cheese.
    Stuff mushrooms. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
