Mexican Corn-Zucchini Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini, thinly sliced
    4 or 5 medium size ears corn, removed from cob
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    3 medium size tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 1/2 c. diced stale bread
    1/3 c. diced sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, corn, onion, green pepper, tomatoes, oil, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Cook over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes until zucchini and corn are just cooked.
    Sprinkle with bread and cheese cubes and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and bread is crisp.
