Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 rounded Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk (boiling hot)
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs; blend in sugar, flour and salt and stir in boiling water.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
