Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lasagne noodles
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans tomato sauce
    2 small cans mushrooms
    1 carton cottage cheese
    Parmesan cheese
    5 c. grated Colby or Cheddar cheese
    5 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. garlic chips
    1 tsp. chives
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Soak 1 teaspoon garlic chips, chives and Italian seasoning in water; set aside.
    Brown ground beef.
    Add tomato sauce, mushrooms and seasoning; simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add cottage cheese.
    Cook noodles until tender.
    Grease bottom of pan with margarine.
    Line bottom of pan with noodles, then 1/2 of meat mixture, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over this.
    Add about 1/3 of the Mozzarella cheese and Colby cheese.
    Layer again.
    Top this with noodles and cheese.
    Bake until bubbly at 350\u00b0.
