Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in Crisco; add yeast and buttermilk.
    Knead well.
    Roll out on a floured table top and cut out as desired.
    Bake at 450\u00b0.
    Dough may be put in a covered bowl and refrigerated for as long as a week.
    After biscuits are cut out, let rise before baking.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until brown.
