Butter Ball Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs, beaten stiffly
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
    7 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation
    Blend eggs and butter.
    Gradually add flour, salt and cheese. Beat hard.
    Drop by tip of teaspoon into boiling chicken broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
