Potato-Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 pork chops
4 to 5 large potatoes
1 large pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 cans mushroom soup
2 soup cans water
Preparation

Trim fat from chops and brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Slice potatoes and season with a little salt and pepper.
Mix dry onion soup mix with mushroom soup and the water.
Mix well and pour into large casserole dish.
Add potato slices.
Place pork chops on top of potatoes and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until chops are tender.
