Mexican Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. finely chopped beef or lean ground beef
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 medium apple, peeled, cored and chopped
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped toasted almonds
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is brown and onion is tender.
    Drain fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
